Terms & Conditions

Below are our basic terms and conditions.

Pricing

Midway Clothing reserves the right to change prices and do so without notice. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. Prices charged are those stated at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability at time of order.

Specification

Midway Clothing will notify the customer if the chosen product is not available at time of order. Midway Clothing will endeavour to supply a suitable alternative at the same price upon agreement with the customer.

Shortfalls/Quality issues

Any shortfalls or quality issues must be notified in writing to Midway Clothing within 48 hours of delivery.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise by Midway Clothing, payment is required in full at the time of placing the order.

Title

The title of any goods ordered will not pass to the customer until full payment has been received by Midway Clothing Limited.

Cancellations

Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any artwork/set-up costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged to the customer in full. Any garments which have been processed with a logo will be charged in full.

Artwork

It is the responsibility of the customer to approve all artwork prior to production. Any changes to artwork which has already been processed will incur further costs.

Copyright

Midway Clothing Ltd accepts no liability for any infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.

Screens/Embroidery Disks

All artwork charged will belong to the customer. All screens/embroidery disks will remain the property of Midway Clothing Ltd.

Customers own garments

All garments supplied by the customer are processed at their own risk. Midway Clothing will not be responsible for imperfect work caused by unsuitability of materials supplied.

Samples

Samples can be arranged upon request from the customer and will be invoiced to the customer. A credit will be raised if the samples are returned in perfect condition within 4 weeks. If the samples are not returned then the customer must pay for them in full.

Delivery

Midway Clothing will endeavour to supply finished goods to a UK address within 15 working days from receipt of customer’s written order. Midway Clothing Ltd accept no responsibilty for delays beyond their control.

Force Majeure

Midway Clothing Ltd will not be liable for any failure to supply goods, or for any damage to goods incurred during transit that is caused by an event or circumstance that is beyond its control.

Washing instructions

All manufacturer’s washing instructions should be adhered to when laundering garments supplied by Midway Clothing Ltd.

Liability

In any event the liability of Midway Clothing is restricted to their price list for the goods involved. Midway Clothing is not liable for any consequential loss as a result of goods supplied.

01. Enquiry

02. Quotation

  • After we have received your enquiry we will either contact you for more information or reply with a quotation via e-mail.
  • Alternatively, you may wish to view our range of clothing or promotional items. You can do this by arranging a suitable time to visit us or we will make an effort, wherever possible, to visit you to present our products & services.

03. Design Proof

If you are happy with our quotation the next stage is to provide you with a visual proof or sample of how the finished product will look. This will provide you with information such as size, colour & position of your logo decorated on the product.

04. Design Approval

Once you have approved the logo details, your order will then proceed to production.

05. Production

Depending on the method of decoration required. Our standard lead-time for UK production should be 10 working days.

06. Order Completion

We will notify you when your order is complete. Goods can be collected or if this is not possible we can dispatch your consignment via our partnership with a UK courier. This is normally a next day service.
